Veeva Vault users can subscribe to system availability notifications, including releases, via their user profile setting in their Vault. See Vault Help for further details. For other products, you may subscribe to notifications for your POD to receive email notification of all downtime, including releases. All notifications will include a link to our Release Notes for each release if it is related to a Veeva release.

Veeva’s Third Party Sub-Processors
Third Party Sub-Processors are Vendors selected by Veeva to process Personal Data on Veeva’s behalf in relation to the service provided under Veeva’s Master Subscription Agreement.
Veeva is responsible for ensuring that each sub-processor implements and maintains the appropriate organizational, administrative, physical and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data and against unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss, including measures aligned with Veeva’s security obligations. Our agreements with sub-processors also prohibit them from accessing your data for their use even if they have it in their digital possession. Additionally, Veeva has signed the appropriate EU standard contractual clauses directly with all sub-processors concerning transfer of EU personal data outside of the EU to countries that are not deemed to provide adequate protection according to the European Commission.
