A small subset of customers may experience a performance degradation in Veeva CRM where Calls with the "Email", "Chat or Text", or "Other" Channel Metrics will result in a sync error on Mobile Devices. Online Calls will not see the "Email", "Chat or Text", or "Other" Channel Metrics as an option. If you are experiencing this issue please contact our Support Team for a potential workaround. Our Engineering team is working on a resolution.
